Valise is the first web-based email in the world!
Valise was the best in features and innovations (still is, but was forced to terminate because lack of funding).

Now more than 10 years after the first web-based email in the world (Valise), the next generation web-based correspondence tool for enterprise
is finally coming... introducing
If you routinely use email to send/receive data in Excel, you should swith to Coflo ASAP!

Coflo

n.
- enforcible coordinated flow
-
a software tool that fosters/enforces cooperative effort by the members of a group or team to achieve a common goal.
v.
- the act of participating in, especially initiating, a coflo(n).
|
| Don't "email" them, let's "coflo" them |
| Don't "email" the work order, let's "coflo" the work order... |
If your company/institution is using email to send Excel to others as a way to communicate
data, you should switch to Coflo asap!
The problems with current email systems are manyfold:
- cannot know when or if the recipient(s) has read the message or not
- many companies now use email as a way to do workflow, however, with
email, you cannot enforce the rules.
- hard to organize, hard to search,
- cannot analyze (for example, if you receive a monthly report thru email
how do you analyze the result across 10 months?)
- too many spams.
Coflo is a web-based correspondence tool that:
- is accountable (who did what and when)
- fosters teamwork
- enforces user defined workflow rules (SOP)
- support controlled sharing of data/information
- is searchable, analyzable
- allows no spams
- completely customizable by the users (the "domain" experts) themselves!
(no need for "software" or "IT" experts!)
(Under re-construction...please be patient!)
In the same time, Valise is being redefined as:
Valise: your personal memory manager-- makes your memory permanent and portable,
you will never forget anything (people, things, time, money) again!
